Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting initial assessments and managing referrals to ensure timely intervention. Collaborating with families, children, and other professionals to develop effective support plans. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in line with local authority procedures. Participating in multi-agency meetings to promote integrated service delivery. Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on safeguarding matters.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in a frontline social work role, preferably within children's services. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
