Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with service users and their families. Providing supervision and support to junior social workers and social work students. Maintaining accurate and timely case records in compliance with local authority policies. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to strategic planning.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (degree or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant post-qualifying experience in social work, particularly within a locality team. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in social work.
