Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of the needs and risks facing adolescents and their families. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in partnership with young people, their families, and other professionals. Providing direct support and guidance to adolescents, helping them navigate challenges and access necessary resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to collaborative strategies to improve outcomes for young people.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Demonstrable experience working with adolescents and understanding their unique needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
