We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Learning Disabilities team in Hackney. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities while earning a competitive rate of £32.00 per hour. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing needs, developing care plans, and providing support to clients and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients with learning disabilities to identify their needs and strengths. Developing, implementing, and reviewing personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Providing ongoing support and advocacy for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary services and resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, documentation, and reports in accordance with local policies and procedures. Participating in team meetings, supervision, and training to enhance professional development and service delivery.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience working with individuals with learning disabilities. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and manage a varied caseload.
