Join our dedicated Children's Safeguarding & Support Team in Haringey as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families within our community. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with children, families, and other stakeholders. Providing direct support and intervention to children and families facing challenges. Working closely with schools, health services, and other agencies to ensure cohesive support. Managing a caseload effectively while adhering to statutory guidelines and best practices. Documenting case notes, reports, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with local policies.To be considered for this role, you must possess:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working in children's services or safeguarding. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage complex cases.
