We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in Camden. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality support to adults experiencing mental health challenges. As part of a dynamic team, you will work collaboratively with service users, families, and other professionals to promote well-being and recovery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of service users' needs and strengths.
  • Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals facing mental health issues.
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely case records in compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work) and current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within mental health settings.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in mental health social work.
