We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in Camden. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality support to adults experiencing mental health challenges. As part of a dynamic team, you will work collaboratively with service users, families, and other professionals to promote well-being and recovery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of service users' needs and strengths. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals facing mental health issues. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care delivery. Maintaining accurate and timely case records in compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work) and current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within mental health settings. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with service users and colleagues. Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in mental health social work.
