To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant post-qualification experience in children's social work, including direct practice with families.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
