Join our dedicated team in Bromley as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) in the Penge & Beckenham Locality Team. We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to provide high-quality social work services to children and families. In this role, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to promote the welfare and safeguarding of vulnerable children and ensure that their needs are met effectively.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify their needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and intervention to children and their families, ensuring their voices are heard. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding processes.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognised social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
