As an Adult's SSW, your key responsibilities will include:

Providing emotional and practical support to individuals, helping them achieve their goals. Coordinating with other health and social care professionals to ensure comprehensive support. Monitoring and reviewing progress, adjusting care plans as necessary. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A relevant degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification. Registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., Social Work England). Experience working with adults in a social care or support setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users. Empathy, patience, and a commitment to promoting independence and well-being.
