As a member of our CWD Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and develop tailored support plans. Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges and access necessary resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with local and national policies. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of child protection plans.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly those with disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
