As a member of our CWD Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to the needs of children with disabilities. Collaborating with families, multi-agency partners, and other professionals to deliver integrated support services. Providing direct support and guidance to children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, adhering to statutory requirements and best practices. Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to reflect on practice and share knowledge.To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children with disabilities and an understanding of relevant legislation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
