To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW) and current registration with the relevant regulatory body. Strong understanding of social work principles, ethics, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. Proficient in case management and crisis intervention techniques. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
