Join our dedicated Children's Social Work team in Wiltshire, specializing in Looked After Children (LAC) and Children in Care (CIC).   • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding practices.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly in a LAC/CIC context.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with children.
