We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Safeguarding Team in Wiltshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to vulnerable children and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children at risk of harm or in need of protection Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children Providing direct support and guidance to families to address safeguarding concerns and promote positive outcomes Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and multi-agency meetings to advocate for the best interests of children

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification and registration with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in safeguarding and child protection work within a social care setting Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex caseloads

Additional requirements or benefits:
