Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and their families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with children, families, and other professionals. Providing direct support to children in care, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of children in care and making necessary adjustments to care plans. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to secure the best outcomes for children.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly within a CIC team. Strong assessment and analytical skills with a child-centered approach.
