Social Worker - Front Door Team - Worcestershire - Fully remote £28.40ph
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our Front Door Team in Worcestershire. This fully remote position offers a competitive rate of £28.40 per hour and provides an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing and responding to referrals, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable individuals within the community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting initial assessments and determining eligibility for services.
- Collaborating with multi-agency partners to develop comprehensive support plans.
- Providing advice, guidance, and support to families in crisis.
- Documenting case notes and maintaining accurate records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Participating in regular team meetings and supervision to enhance service delivery.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
