Caritas Recruitment is working with Southend-on-Sea City Council to recruit an experienced Social Worker for their Families First Team.

This is a frontline role working with children and families, managing complex cases and delivering positive outcomes through effective assessment, planning and intervention.

Requirements

Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work EnglandExperience within frontline Children's ServicesStrong background in:Child Protection (CP)Looked After Children (LAC)Assessment & Intervention (A&I)Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
