Join our dedicated team in Leeds as an Advanced Social Worker specializing in Learning Disabilities (LD). We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to contribute to the well-being of individuals with learning disabilities, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support. In this role, you will work collaboratively with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote independence and enhance quality of life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals with learning disabilities to identify their needs and strengths. Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on best practices in supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Monitoring and reviewing care plans to ensure they remain effective and relevant. Engaging in professional development and contributing to team training initiatives.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Significant experience in social work, particularly in the field of learning disabilities. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective care plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to service delivery.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Learning Disabilities Team in Leeds. This rewarding position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of adults with learning disabilities, ensuring they receive the support and services necessary for their well-being and development. Key responsibilities include:
