Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective child protection plans in collaboration with multi-agency teams. Providing expert advice and guidance to social work colleagues and stakeholders. Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure the ongoing safety and well-being of children. Participating in court proceedings and providing evidence when necessary.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in child protection and safeguarding.
