We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult's Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Barnet. As an Adult's Occupational Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ physical, emotional, and social needs. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Providing therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' daily living skills and promote independence. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure holistic care. Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards. Educating clients and their families about therapeutic techniques and strategies for ongoing support.To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Experience working with adults in a clinical or community setting is preferred.
