Join our dedicated Children's Social Work (CSW) Team in Peterborough as a Qualified Social Worker (SP).   • Participating in child protection conferences and court proceedings as required.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with statutory requirements and organizational policies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working in children's social services, with a strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to delivering positive outcomes.
