Key responsibilities in this role include:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Significant post-qualification experience in children's social work, with a strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to partnership working.
