Join our dedicated team at Bolton as a Children's TM - Front Door Team member, where you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and enhancing the lives of children and families within our community. As a pivotal part of our qualified social work field, you will be responsible for assessing incoming referrals, identifying immediate needs, and ensuring that children receive the appropriate support and services they require.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families in need of support. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to develop effective intervention plans. Providing timely responses to referrals and ensuring compliance with safeguarding procedures. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Offering support and guidance to families to empower them in addressing their challenges.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA in Social Work, MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
