📍 The Role
As a Disabled Children's Social Worker, you will:
- Work with children and young people with disabilities and complex needs
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families and multi-agency partners
- Complete assessments, care planning and reviews in line with statutory requirements
- Deliver meaningful interventions that improve outcomes and quality of life

- Location: Northallerton
- Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years post-qualified & permanent (DfE compliant)
- Caseload: Approximately 20-24 cases (manageable and realistic)
- Working Pattern:
- Flexible arrangements reviewed based on service needs
