We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Practitioner to join our Leaving Care team in Peterborough. As a Senior Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of young people's needs, strengths, and aspirations.
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to support their transition to independence.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Substantial experience working within a Leaving Care or similar social work setting.
  • Strong understanding of legislation and policies related to children and young people.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
