To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children's social work, particularly within a looked-after children context.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage a caseload efficiently.
