Leading and mentoring a team of social workers and support staff. Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to individual family needs. Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive support. Providing supervision and support to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices. Monitoring and evaluating service delivery, implementing improvements as needed.To be considered for this role, you must possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Extensive experience in children’s social work, including leadership or supervisory roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and team members.
