Join our dedicated Children's Social Work (CSW) Team in Birmingham as a Qualified Social Worker (SP).   • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding processes.
  • Providing support and guidance to families, helping them to access necessary resources and services.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in child protection and safeguarding.

Additional requirements include a valid driving license and access to a vehicle, as travel within the community is essential.
