We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children’s AP - PSW Team member to join our dynamic team in Bolton. This role is integral to providing high-quality support and intervention for children and families in need. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to promote the well-being and development of children within our community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and develop appropriate support plans. Providing direct support and intervention to children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and resources effectively. Maintaining accurate and timely records in line with organizational policies and procedures. Participating in regular supervision and training to enhance skills and knowledge.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized qualification in Social Work (e.g., degree in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with the relevant social work regulatory body. Proven experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
