Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and preparing reports for court proceedings. Providing expert advice to the court on the welfare of children. Working closely with families, legal professionals, and other agencies to develop and implement effective support plans. Attending court hearings and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, CSS, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and family work, particularly within a court setting. Strong analytical and assessment skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
