We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Midcost Review Team in Cambridgeshire. Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting thorough midcost reviews for service users to ensure appropriate care and support
  • Assessing and managing risks to vulnerable individuals and developing effective intervention plans

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports
  • Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker (QSW) with current registration with Social Work England
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting midcost reviews and working with vulnerable populations
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures in social work
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a demanding caseload
