We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Social Worker to join our Court Team in Aylesbury. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support and intervention to children and families involved in court proceedings, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with other professionals and agencies Attending court hearings and providing evidence-based reports to support decision-making Working closely with children, families, and carers to empower them and promote positive outcomes Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration Demonstrated experience in child protection and court work within a social work setting Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases
