We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our team in Plymouth for a Long term Child Protection position. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children at risk Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and partner agencies Providing direct support and interventions to children and families Attending court hearings and preparing reports as necessary Participating in case conferences and reviews to ensure the best outcomes for children

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration Experience in child protection and safeguarding Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases

Additional requirements:
