We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team in Shropshire as part of the Compass Initial Contact Team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing support and intervention to vulnerable individuals and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting assessments and investigations to determine the needs and risks of service users
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and their support networks
  • Providing crisis intervention and support to individuals in difficult situations
  • Liaising with partner agencies and professionals to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports

Essential qualifications and skills:
