We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team in Lancashire. In this role, you will play a crucial part in protecting and supporting vulnerable adults in our community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments of vulnerable adults to determine their safeguarding needs Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users, their families, and other professionals Providing ongoing support and intervention to ensure the safety and well-being of adults at risk Participating in multi-agency meetings and case conferences to review and coordinate safeguarding strategies Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid registration with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in working with vulnerable adults and conducting safeguarding assessments Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with service users and stakeholders Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced and challenging environment Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to adult safeguarding
