We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team in the Named Order position. As a Named Order Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and adults, ensuring that their needs are met and their rights are protected.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertake assessments of individuals' needs and risks, developing and implementing care plans. Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support to service users. Participate in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings, providing expert evidence and recommendations. Monitor and review the progress of service users, advocating for their best interests and ensuring their voices are heard.

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification and registration with the relevant regulatory body. Demonstrated experience in working with vulnerable children and adults, particularly in a statutory setting. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals and communities.
