We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Bradford - AP - Children and Families Team Qualified Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention services to children and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families
  • Providing direct support and intervention services to children and families
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for clients

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children and families services
  • Registration with Social Work England
