To be considered for this position, you must possess a recognized social work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Essential skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, a thorough understanding of child protection legislation, and the capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Experience in child and family social work is highly desirable.
