As a member of our Front Door Team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting initial assessments and screenings for children and families in need of support. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Providing timely and accurate reports to inform decision-making processes. Engaging with families to develop effective intervention plans that promote child welfare. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your professional skills.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
