We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to play a vital role in delivering high-quality social care services. As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring the well-being of vulnerable individuals and families within our community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals.
