To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Social Work degree or equivalent qualification and current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience working with older adults in a social work capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Excellent assessment and analytical skills, with a commitment to person-centred practice.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
