As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and families, creating and implementing care plans, and ensuring the safety and well-being of those in your care. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings to ensure coordinated support for children and families. Providing emotional and practical support to children and their families, advocating for their rights and needs.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children’s social work, with a strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
