To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A relevant social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children’s social work, with a strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
