To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children’s social work, with a strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
