Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and reviewing child protection plans in partnership with families and multi-agency teams. Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence as necessary.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in child protection or related fields. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
