We are currently seeking a dedicated Residential Worker (Unqualified) to join our team in Wakefield within the Care (Qualified) field. As a Residential Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals within a residential setting.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assisting residents with their daily activities and routines Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents at all times Supporting residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Engaging residents in social and recreational activities to promote their overall well-being Documenting and reporting any significant changes or incidents regarding residents

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Children and Families Team in Yorkshire. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children at risk of harm or in need of support Working collaboratively with families, carers, and partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and reviews to advocate for the welfare of children Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports in accordance with statutory requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification and HCPC registration Experience working in children's services, preferably within a Child Protection or Looked After Children team Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload

Additional requirements for this role include a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
