Join our dynamic MASH Team in Barking & Dagenham as a Permanent Children’s Social Worker (SSW). Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and support. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to strategy discussions. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive case records in line with local policies.To be successful in this role, you will need:
A recognized Social Work qualification (BA, MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with children and families.
