We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's SW - Adulthood Team in Leicester. This role is pivotal in supporting adults with various needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support. As a part of our dynamic team, you will work collaboratively with service users, their families, and other professionals to promote independence and improve quality of life.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conducting assessments of individuals’ needs and developing tailored support plans. Providing ongoing support and intervention to service users, ensuring their voices are heard. Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Advocating for the rights and welfare of service users within the community. Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in adult social work, particularly in assessments and care planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.
