As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for a range of key duties including:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks within families.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local policies and procedures.
  • Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence as required.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Valid Social Work England registration.
  • Proven experience in child protection and family safeguarding.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
