Your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the needs of children and families to develop tailored support plans. Conducting home visits and engaging with families to build trusting relationships. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to coordinate services and interventions. Providing support and guidance to families to strengthen parenting skills. Documenting casework and maintaining accurate records in compliance with legal requirements.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
