Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing direct support and guidance to children and families, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding and child protection strategies.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and family support services. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage a diverse caseload.
