Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments of children and families in need of support. Developing and implementing tailored care plans to address individual needs. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to ensure comprehensive support for children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements. Providing guidance and support to families, helping them access necessary resources.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in children’s social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
