We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Intermediate Tier Services team in Bolton. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families within the community. The position is offered at a competitive rate of £30 per hour. As a QSW, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality social care services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans to meet the needs of service users.
- Providing support and intervention to individuals and families facing various challenges.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA Social Work, MA Social Work, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrated experience in social work practice, preferably within an intermediate tier or similar setting.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to implement effective interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to promoting service user involvement.
