To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working in a children’s services environment, preferably within a Children in Care team.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in safeguarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
